Kim Jarzembowski ~ Registered Electrologist, Laser Technician, Owner
Kimberly's journey in the field of electrolysis began in 1988 as a determined entrepreneur in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Starting with a modest venture offering single-service electrolysis, she gradually transformed her business into a comprehensive medical day spa over two decades. Embracing advancements in the industry, Kimberly expanded her expertise into laser hair removal, incorporating the latest energy-based technology to ensure effective hair removal solutions.
Kimberly, a licensed Registered Electrologist in the State of Michigan, has consistently demonstrated her commitment to professional growth by engaging in ongoing education programs offered by prestigious organizations. Notably, she has achieved certification as a Certified Medical Electrologist through The Society of Clinical and Medical Electrologists, maintained membership with the International Guild of Professional Electrologists, and remains an active participant in The American Electrology Association. In addition, she has attended numerous workshops conducted by renowned companies such as Coherent, Lumenis, Candela, Allergan, Cartessa, Skin Better Science, Skin Pen Crown Aesthetics, among others.
Kimberly's standing as a premier expert in permanent hair removal earned her establishment the distinction of being a favored referral partner for local plastic surgeons. Despite her decision to sell her Ann Arbor business in 2008, driven by family responsibilities, she continues to serve as a reliable point of reference for plastic surgeons, particularly in situations necessitating hair removal as a crucial step in preparing for skin grafting procedures.
Recognizing the growing demand for exceptional hair removal services, Kimberly continued her pursuit as an independent contractor, allowing her to offer flexible schedules and services across multiple locations. However, with the ever-increasing popularity of her expertise, she saw an opportunity to meet the demands of her clientele better. This led her to open a new location in Novi, MI, strategically positioned in an area with high demand for premium hair removal services.
With the establishment of her new venture, On Point Spa, Kimberly embraces the role of mentorship, eager to guide and train the next generation of electrologists, laser technicians, and estheticians. By doing so, she aims to maintain the standard of excellence and continue providing exceptional services to her valued clientele.

Carson K ~ Lead Licensed Esthetician, Registered Electrologist, Laser Technician, & Reiki Practioner
Carson, a state-licensed esthetician, registered electrologist, and laser specialist, proudly graduated in 2020 and currently serves as the lead esthetics technician at On Point Spa. With a focus on precision and expertise, Carson excels in a range of skincare services, including laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, electrolysis, radio frequency microneedling, manual exfoliation, chemical peels, facials, and the application of professional-grade skincare.
Having collaborated with leading industry professionals, she brings a wealth of knowledge from various training programs and seminars. Her diverse training includes certifications from renowned brands such as SkinMedica + DiamondGlow®, SkinBetter Science®, Jan Marini, Osmosis and expertise in operating the Candela GentleMax Pro and CO₂ laser by DEKA aesthetics . Carson also has additional experience of operating the following advanced aesthetic equipment: Morpheus8, Clear + Brilliant, BBL & Moxi, Sofwave™, Venus Bliss™ and Legacy™, Neo Elite Skin Treatment by Aerolase, and the SkinPen® microneedling device.
Beyond her technical proficiency, Carson is deeply passionate about holistic health and is a certified reiki practitioner. Delaney Christian – Licensed Esthetician & Electrology Apprentice

In addition to her expertise in laser aesthetics, Delaney is currently apprenticing in electrolysis, further expanding her skills in permanent hair removal. Tara M. Simon – Licensed Esthetician, Electrology Apprentice & Licensed Massage Therapist
Tara M. Simon is a licensed esthetician, licensed massage therapist, and electrology apprentice with a passion for advanced skincare, wellness, and client-centered care. With a diverse background in medical aesthetics, post-surgical treatments, and business management, she brings a well-rounded approach to beauty and wellness.
Her journey in the aesthetics industry began in the post-surgical field, where she provided laser treatments, post-surgical massage, and body contouring. With a deep understanding of skincare and body wellness, she customizes treatments to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while promoting overall well-being.
After completing her esthetics training and successfully passing the Michigan State Board, Tara joined On Point Spa, where she specializes in laser skin treatments, facials, and skincare solutions. She is also apprenticing as an electrologist, expanding her expertise in permanent hair removal techniques.
As a licensed massage therapist, Tara understands the intricate connection between skin health and body wellness. Her expertise in therapeutic massage and body treatments enhances the relaxation and rejuvenation experience she provides to clients.

Bella Kopja ~ Licensed Esthetician, Registered Electrologist, Laser Technician
Bella graduated from the esthetics program at Douglas J Aveda and now holds an esthetician license. After apprenticing under Kim, Bella is now a registered electrologist as well. Bella demonstrates proficiency and education in Candela GentleMax Pro laser, SkinBetter Science®, SkinMedica, SkinPen® microneedling, and more. Her services encompass chemical peels, microneedling, DiamondGlow®, facials, Trichocyte® powered by CryoTouch® MD hair restoration, LED phototherapy, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigment correction. With a passion for skincare, turning it into a career allows Bella to assist others in achieving their skincare goals.
