Kim Jarzembowski ~ Registered Electrologist, Laser Technician, Owner
Kimberly's journey in the field of electrolysis began in 1988 as a determined entrepreneur in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Starting with a modest venture offering single-service electrolysis, she gradually transformed her business into a comprehensive medical day spa over two decades. Embracing advancements in the industry, Kimberly expanded her expertise into laser hair removal, incorporating the latest energy-based technology to ensure effective hair removal solutions.
Kimberly, a licensed Registered Electrologist in the State of Michigan, has consistently demonstrated her commitment to professional growth by engaging in ongoing education programs offered by prestigious organizations. Notably, she has achieved certification as a Certified Medical Electrologist through The Society of Clinical and Medical Electrologists, maintained membership with the International Guild of Professional Electrologists, and remains an active participant in The American Electrology Association. In addition, she has attended numerous workshops conducted by renowned companies such as Coherent, Lumenis, Candela, Allergan, Cartessa, Skin Better Science, Skin Pen Crown Aesthetics, among others.
Kimberly's standing as a premier expert in permanent hair removal earned her establishment the distinction of being a favored referral partner for local plastic surgeons. Despite her decision to sell her Ann Arbor business in 2008, driven by family responsibilities, she continues to serve as a reliable point of reference for plastic surgeons, particularly in situations necessitating hair removal as a crucial step in preparing for skin grafting procedures.
Recognizing the growing demand for exceptional hair removal services, Kimberly continued her pursuit as an independent contractor, allowing her to offer flexible schedules and services across multiple locations. However, with the ever-increasing popularity of her expertise, she saw an opportunity to meet the demands of her clientele better. This led her to open a new location in Novi, MI, strategically positioned in an area with high demand for premium hair removal services.
With the establishment of her new venture, On Point Spa, Kimberly embraces the role of mentorship, eager to guide and train the next generation of electrologists, laser technicians, and estheticians. By doing so, she aims to maintain the standard of excellence and continue providing exceptional services to her valued clientele.

Carson ~ Lead Licensed Esthetician, Registered Electrologist, Laser Technician, & Reiki Practioner
Carson is a state-licensed esthetician, registered electrologist, and laser specialist who proudly serves as the lead esthetics technician at On Point Spa. Before joining the team, Carson brought with her multiple years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, where she refined her skills in advanced skincare treatments and laser technologies. She later completed a comprehensive electrolysis apprenticeship under On Point Spa’s founder, Kim Jarzembowski, gaining in-depth expertise in permanent hair removal and client care with a focus on hair removal for skin grafting procedures.
Carson specializes in a wide range of results-driven services including electrolysis, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, facials, radiofrequency treatments, chemical peels, and the application of clinical-grade skincare. She is also highly trained in non-invasive body contouring, with advanced experience using the T-Shape platform to target cellulite, tone, and sculpt the body. Her background also includes hands-on training with Morpheus8, Venus Bliss™, Venus Legacy™, and other cutting-edge body and skin technologies.
Throughout her career, Carson has collaborated with leading professionals and earned certifications from top industry brands including SkinMedica + DiamondGlow®, SkinBetter Science®, Marini Skin Solutions, Osmosis beauty, and even Korean skincare brands. She is skilled in operating high-performance devices such as the Candela GentleMax Pro, CO₂ laser by DEKA Aesthetics, Clear + Brilliant, BBL & Moxi, Sofwave™, Neo Elite by Aerolase, and SkinPen® microneedling.
Complementing her clinical expertise, Carson is a certified Reiki practitioner and passionate about holistic wellness. Her thoughtful and well-rounded approach to aesthetics ensures that each client receives personalized care that addresses both inner and outer well-being. Carson is committed to delivering safe, effective, and transformative treatments that help every client feel confident and cared for.
Delaney Christian ~ Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician & Registered Electrologist

Katie Borton ~ Licensed Esthetician & Laser Technician
Katie is a licensed esthetician with 18 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in a variety of settings, working with diverse clientele, treatment styles, product lines, and advanced skincare modalities. This well-rounded background has given her the ability to customize treatments thoughtfully and confidently for each client’s individual needs.
She specializes in corrective and results-driven skincare, with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and feel confident in their own skin.
Her specialties include customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow®, microneedling, LED light therapy, and advanced exfoliation and rejuvenation treatments. Katie especially enjoys creating personalized treatment plans for concerns such as aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, and overall skin health.
Known for her warm and personable approach, Katie believes every treatment should be customized to the individual while still providing visible results. She loves educating her clients about their skin and helping them create a realistic skincare routine that supports their goals both in and out of the treatment room.
Sandra Ja’nini ~ Medical Aesthetic Practioner & Cosmetic Injector
Sandra Ja’nini is a Licensed Medical Aesthetic Practitioner and skin nurse with seven years of experience in advanced injectables and regenerative aesthetics. She is insured and certified in Botox Levels I & II, Dermal Fillers Levels I & II, Bio-stimulators and PDO threads. She has received advanced training in lifting techniques and skin rejuvenation treatments, specializing in collagen stimulation injection therapies including medical grade chemical peels addressing concerns such as anti-aging, hyper-pigmentation and acne. Her protocols integrate advanced regenerative technologies such as growth factors and stem cell-based infusions including PRP/PRP. Sandra travels several times a year to pursue advanced education and continues ongoing mentorship with leading physicians and dermatologists to expand her skills through continued education and certifications.
Passionate about helping clients achieve glowing, glass-like skin, Sandra specializes in enhancing natural beauty through aesthetic injections and anti-aging treatments. She believes confidence is the greatest result of every treatment.
Dedicated to building lasting relationships centered on skin health and natural looking results, Sandra considers it a privilege to work with each client. Outside of her practice, she enjoys continued education in skin health and aesthetics, as well as photography, yoga, traveling, (all things) outdoors and cooking with her children.
